The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to assist us. However, the dining options could have offered more variety, and Wi-Fi was an extra charge, which felt a bit inconvenient.

This hotel has a lot going for it, especially its fantastic location just a short walk from Herod's Gate and the old city. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, although they can get a bit chilly at times. While the service was a mixed bag, with one helpful staff member standing out, the dining options could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it's a solid choice for its value and convenience, but there are a few areas that could be better.
